eKeeper Launches as finova Broker

finova Broker, formerly known as eKeeper Group, today launches as a dedicated arm of the finova brand, bringing a fresh, focused approach to supporting the needs of the intermediary sector.
The launch of finova Broker as a distinct entity within the finova group is a natural evolution in the company’s commitment to mortgage brokers. As a result, there will be strengthened investment in tailored CRM solutions designed to meet brokers' unique challenges and opportunities.
As a mortgage broker’s job becomes increasingly technology-driven, finova Broker provides a suite of flexible tools designed to streamline operations, enhance client experiences, and improve brokers' profitability. Its CRM platform now includes essential features such as:
- digital conveyancing,

- customisable customer retention workflows.

finova Broker builds on the strengths of Mortgage Keeper, a key part of eKeeper. It has expanded its CRM functionality with new, cutting-edge features. Recent enhancements include a lead verification system and a comprehensive journey for leads from initial enquiry on a broker’s website to a partially completed FactFind, all within a seamless and intuitive interface.
Brokers will also benefit from enhanced customer engagement tools, including automated client and introducer communications and a secure customer portal. This will make things more effortless and engaging both for brokers and their clients.
finova Broker now also integrates its mortgage club, formerly known as MCI Club, now known as finova Payment Mortgage Services (fPMS). The club offers brokers fast, reliable payment processing services as well as all the features that brokers would usually associate with a mortgage club.
With fPMS, procurement fees will be paid within 24 hours and brokers gain access to a range of support and referral services, along with tailored technology solutions, including flexible licensing options. This unique ecosystem reflects finova Brokers’ commitment to providing mortgage brokers with a one-stop solution to enhance productivity and simplify operations.
