Enterprise Platform Updates Enhance Security, Functionality, and User Experience
Barracuda today announced updates to its SignNow e-signature platform designed to secure and simplify the workflow processes for enterprise customers. SignNow Enterprise now includes Advanced Threat Protection, a cloud-based micro-service that protects organizations against ransomware and other targeted attacks, as well as several other enterprise-class capabilities at a low cost.
The security threat landscape is increasingly sophisticated and targeted, putting enormous pressure on organizations to protect users, applications, and data regardless of where they reside. SignNow is the first e-signature platform that provides customers advanced threat protection for documents uploaded to be sent for signature, including advanced threat analysis on links embedded in those documents. Advanced Threat Protection, including malicious link protection, is included with SignNow Enterprise subscriptions.
With SignNow, customers gain control over document signing workflow, auditing, tracking, and document archiving. With the newly added Advanced Threat Protection, users have added protection against their shared and stored documents passing along malware or other malicious threats. SignNow Enterprise gives customers:
- No Volume Cap – the ability to send unlimited documents and create unlimited templates
- Enhanced Enterprise Functionality – advanced features like smart fields, "magic fields" that are automatically added to imported documents, document groups, bulk sending, shareable signing links, and LDAP integration
- Enterprise Integrations – integrations with Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, NetSuite, Oracle, G Suite, Google Drive, Salesforce, Box, and more
- Advanced Threat Protection – high level of security against targeted attacks that may be in uploaded documents or embedded links
