Startupbootcamp InsurTech Alumni, Buzzmove, Announces £6 Million Super-Seed Round

This is such exciting news, we just couldn’t wait to share! Last month, Buzzmove, an alumni from our first cohort, announced a £6 Million ($8 Million) investment. This month, we share with you a brief video chronicling their inspiring journey.

Buzzmove is an online price comparison and booking platform for the moving industry that weaves together insurance technology (InsurTech) and property technology (PropTech) to innovate two antiquated industries.

Becky Downing, Buzzmove’s Founder and CEO, opens with, “Three years ago, I started Buzzmove. I had £60k in the bank and a good idea. Three years later, in August 2016, following my graduation from Startupbootcamp InsurTech, I turned that £60k into £6 Million.”
