Smarter Debt Resolution with Data & Collaboration | Flexys, Capital on Tap, Billing Finance
James Hill from Flexys, Mark Porter from Capital on Tap, and Jemma Holland from Billing Finance chat about how tech and good teamwork are changing how financial services handle debt collection and treat customers.
Hill starts by saying that Flexys lets customers handle their own debt issues and instead of just having customers call in, they’ve found it’s way better to let customers manage their debt 24/7 by self-service. This boosts how much Flexys can handle tenfold and has cut down on complaints while upping monthly collections by about 5%.
Porter says that who Capital on Tap partners with has shaped how they collect debts this enables their customers to want instead of guessing. They want dealing with debt to be easier and fit the customer’s schedule and Porter points out that working with companies like Flexys is beneficial because they bring new ideas, innovation.
Holland then talks about Flexys’ product and says Flexys is made to be configured and flexible, giving clients like Billing Finance and Capital on Tap the freedom to change how customers experience things and learn more from data.
