Roque Martinez, CTO at SmartStream RDU spoke to us about how they’re implementing AI in their products, despite some regulatory challenges. He explains that the true benefit of AI is the ability to remove friction caused by human interaction. Products like RDU and SmartStream Air are doing just that.

In this video, Martinez gives examples of how it might be used in reconciliation, allowing the user to onboard and reconcile documents immediately because it’s now possible to automate manual tasks such as that.
