AI is all about augmenting the human processes behind insurance. That’s according to Tom Clay, the Chief Data Scientist at Covea, who told us how they’re using data going forward.
This new technology can result in a huge increase in the amount of data inputs, particularly when a claim is being processed. The human element is still important of course, particularly in moments of distress but it can be optimised and added to.
