At Money20/20 Europe 2023, we were joined in the FF Salon by Izhar Arieli, Founder & CEO of IA Applied Consulting. IA Applied Consulting empowers organizations to navigate challenges and seize opportunities from strategic planning to compliance.

“One of the illnesses of the industry of consultancy is that there are people, young people that are very bright but they never touched anything and they never did anything. In a lot of cases, they never lost something, they never failed. I think that when you embrace failure you actually learn from that, this is where you have the best understanding of what you do not want to do.”

I think this is crucial. Another thing I see today in consultancy is that people are coming and just selling loads of b******. So from that perspective, I wanted to focus on what my client wants and what he needs right now and solve this. Not just trying to push more and more work. When we finish, we’re done.”
