“What we like to talk about is sustainable innovation. So, when we talk about innovation and payments, it’s not just one thing. We can talk about the scalability, so the increases in volumes, but if we look at some of the major changes that are really driving change such as instant real-time processing.”

“People want their money quicker, they want that value hitting their accounts quicker and they want to complete transactions. So, that means that the whole processing chain has to work in a much more dynamic way that executes quickly but not without those checks and balances to ensure that the fraud and other checks are being done in real-time.”
