At TCF 2025, Monty Bhatia from Temenos and Sandy Gupta from Microsoft discussed how important partnerships are for driving innovation in banking, especially within AI and cloud technology.
Bhatia, who heads up indirect sales and partnerships at Temenos, mentioned that innovation these days is a team effort. Temenos work with partners like Microsoft, system integrators, and customers to create solutions together and Bhatia points out that this community approach is crucial for tackling tough problems in banking.
Gupta, who oversees Microsoft’s global ISV ecosystem, backed him up discussing how his team helps software companies grow using the Microsoft platform through innovation, market strategies, and joint selling. He shared that the partnership with Temenos is a great example of co-innovation, especially as banks are looking to use AI for various needs like compliance, employee support, customer engagement as well as product development.
Both of them made it clear that the future of banking depends on working together—combining platforms, partners, and technologies to produce real results.
