“Instabase was already very well known as an automation platform for large enterprises. So, for customers like AXA or other large insurers, we already provided them with the use of AI models to automate workflows such as claims processing and submission processing. Now, with the AI Hub, we are making a material new step which is in line with what Instabase is known for: to be always at the cutting edge of innovation.”
“AI can help in 2 main areas. One is we are integrating the latest LLM models popularized by OpenAI into our product setup. That opens up a range of new use cases, much longer documents, and much more complex documents that we are able to understand and extract data from. It also means that we are able to offer these types of solutions for prosumers.”
