Over at Fintech Meetup 2023 in Las Vegas, we stopped for a conversation with Debbie Guerra, the Chief Product Officer at ACI Worldwide. ACI Worldwide deliver real–time payments software solutions that enable corporations to process and manage digital payments, power omni-commerce payments, present and process bill payments, and manage fraud and risk.

“It’s an amazing time in terms of the speed of evolution of consumer payments and what is happening there. When you think about the shifts and some of them driven by COVID to digital payments for consumers to be able to pay through their wallets and be able to tap into alternate methods.”

“To be able to get alternate credit and lending at the point of sale. Things like buy-now-pay-later or even loans at the point of sale all the way to potentially leveraging crypto investments and being able to pay in crypto. All of that represents a range of changes that are happening and whether you’re a financial institution, a large merchant or even a builder, you’ve got to be able to adapt your solutions to meet what the customer is asking for
