Jack Mangnall Discusses The Journey Of Becoming An Authorised Payment Instiution | FF Salon at Money20/20
At the RAI in Amsterdam for Money20/20 Europe, Jack Mangnall, Co-Founder at Shape Technologies, joined us in the FF Salon for a chat about the company.
Shape Technologies provide a dynamic payments-platform-as-a-service to payment service providers all over the world. Shape’s mission is to help payments businesses reach the market quicker.
“Companies go on the journey of becoming an authorised payment institution. So they go through the regulatory requirements to do what they need to do, but quite often they’ve underestimated the requirements from a technology point of view … Shape Technologies provides a complete platform for them to get to market in weeks, not spend years building technology that they’ve never built before.”
“This year, we’re rolling out all of our modules and the phased approach. So we’ll be onboarding licensees, using that technology throughout the year, and that’s really exciting in its own right.”
“I think we can really solve a lot of problems for a lot of companies out there.”
