RESO-GARANTIA was founded in 1991 and for many years has been a leading player on the Russian insurance market. Ranked 5 in overall market share, it is the number 1 motor / auto insurer in Russia and ranked 4 in General Insurance (P&C non-life), with a General Insurance market share of 9%.

RESO distributes through all available channels, with particular focus on the agent channel for individuals. The agent network is the largest one in Russia with close to 30 000 agents. 8 000 employees are employed in the Head Office and close to 900 branches and sales offices across the country. They service around 10 mln individual clients.
