Having closed a significant seed funding round, secured an initial £1 Billion of funding as well as having the backing of a global investment manager with over £10 Billion of Assets under management, Quantum Mortgages is well placed to disrupt the existing specialist lending market. The Quantum mortgages team understand Buy to Let and have been working with intermediaries for virtually their entire careers. This deep understanding of both the needs of landlords and the needs of intermediaries has led to the creation of what we feel is a unique proposition. As most lenders continue to chase the technology dream of automation and offering mortgages as quickly as possible, Quantum Mortgages are more concerned with offering landlords and mortgage intermediaries’ greater product choice, more useful and modern lending criteria, coupled with the ability to listen to and understand individual circumstances.
