About Fabrick

Fabrick, Italian company operating in the Open Finance industry, has completed the acquisition from SCHUFA Holding AG. of 75% of finAPI, one of the leading players in Open Banking in Germany. The acquisition, authorized by regulatory authorities, expands the international perspective of Fabrick and enables the development of synergies for innovation in digital payments across Europe.

Anant Patel has been appointed as CEO of the UK payments company Judopay, the brand which operates under Alternative Payments Ltd. From today, Anant will spearhead the company’s next stage of growth and development, with a particular focus on strengthening synergies with Fabrick, a leading international Open Finance first mover. As part of its European expansion strategy, Fabrick acquired Alternative Payments Ltd in May 2023 to drive the development of new open payment solutions.
