Who we are EDIGard AS, a standalone subsidiary of Nets (now Nexi), offers a modern bill pay platform, branded ediEX EDIGard AS has its headquarters in Kristiansand, Norway, with additional offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Latvia, with a recent presence in DACH countries and the UK. Our story EDIGard was founded in 2009 and has experienced an incredible growth since the company was founded. EDIGard has become the leading platform provider of distribution and payment services in the Nordic and parts of the European market. Our market EDIGard has been a subsidiary of Nets Group since 1.feb 2017. EDIGard focuses on companies with large customer bases and transaction volumes, that have a need to gain full control of their invoicing and payment process, while seeking help navigating in a highly complex payment market.
