Frankfurt Digital Finance #7 & EuropeanFintechDay 2026
The next edition of FRANKFURT DIGITAL FINANCE and EuropeanFintechDay will take place on 11–12 February 2026.
FRANKFURT DIGITAL FINANCE is an international conference committed to fostering innovation and advancing the digital transformation of Europe’s financial industry. Its aim is to connect Frankfurt with top-tier ecosystems across Europe and beyond. As the only English-speaking conference of its kind in Germany, the conference also serves as a premier access point for global innovation hubs—from the US and China to Southeast Asia and the Middle East—seeking to engage with Europe’s leading financial and fintech centers.
Every year, the conference brings together around 1,500 decision-makers from a purely professional audience, representing the full spectrum of the ecosystem – including incumbent financial service providers, FinTech startups and scaleups, investors, policy makers, regulators, and academia.
The conference offers two days packed with high-quality content and addresses the most pressing issues and opportunities impacting the financial sector from multiple industry perspectives. Day 1 will focus on (geo)political, macroeconomic, technological and regulatory developments that shape the present and future economic landscape of the financial sector.
Key topics include digital money & digital assets, Crypto, Defi & Tokenization, GenAI & Quantum Tech, Open Finance, Payment, Regulation (FiDA, MiCAR, DORA, etc.) & Supervision, EU Savings & Investment Union, FinTech Funding & Investment. Through a variety of innovative formats and diverse networking opportunities, the conference facilitates cross-sector and cross-border dialogue.
Day 2 will be dedicated to FDF’s EuropeanFintechDay, connecting top startups from Europe’s leading fintech hubs with banks, VC investors, co-innovation, and business partners. The EuropeanFintechDay will feature a startup exhibition, master classes, and fireside chats with fintech founders and industry experts, as well as a startup pitch offering selected companies the chance to present their solutions.
