About Phil Blows

AQRU was born out of frustration at the complexity of buying and earning cryptocurrency. It remains confusing, expensive, and risky when looking to buy crypto for the first time or when managing an existing portfolio. AQRU is here to change that. We founded the business based on simplified user experience principles whilst using innovative insurance products and world-class tech to reduce any unnecessary risk. Our approach makes buying and earning yield on cryptocurrency accessible to anyone for the first time. Phil has spent the last 15 years building and scaling Fintechs. Initially working as a trader and investment manager, he went on to lead teams tasked with scaling retail platforms to mass market adoption in both the B2B and B2C space. Phil is passionate about improving the world's financial health. He is the author of The Money Triangle proceeds of which supports various financial education charities.
