About Pankaj Kulkarni

Pankaj Kulkarni is currently the Global Business Unit Head – Insurance and Global Head – BFSI Solutions in a dual role for HCL. In his Insurance responsibility, Pankaj oversees direction, growth and support for the Insurance business globally across HCL and has further responsibility of building solutions, platforms, pre-sales and leading large deals across the BFSI sector. Pankaj was previously the Global Head of Sales - Insurance since 2017 for DXC Ltd leading a $2.4 bn+ services business which is one of the largest in the Insurance industry and had also been overseeing the Analytics portfolio. Prior to DXC, Pankaj was at Infosys for 15 years in multiple roles as the Global Head of Insurance, Country Head of UK, Head of Capital Markets business and leading a Consulting portfolio. Prior to Infosys, he has worked in Strategy consulting with McKinsey and has led large technology programmes with Citibank. Pankaj Kulkarni is based out of London where he lives with his wife and son. He has been a speaker in various forums, including Capital Markets and Insurance.
