The British Business Bank has agreed an ENABLE Guarantee with finance provider 4Syte, supporting a facility of up to £100m. The transaction will unlock additional capacity, increasing 4Syte’s invoice finance and asset-based lending to smaller UK businesses.

The British Business Bank has agreed a transaction of up to £300m with Close Brothers under the ENABLE Guarantees programme, unlocking significant additional lending capacity.

The British Business Bank has agreed an ENABLE Guarantee with agricultural lender, Rural Asset Finance. The transaction is anticipated to support a portfolio of up to c.£120m to smaller rural businesses across the agricultural sector in the UK through a combination of asset finance and term lending.

The British Business Bank has reached the landmark milestone of £5bn of lending across its structured guarantee programmes, ENABLE Guarantees and ENABLE Build, with more than £3bn delivered to businesses outside London and the South East. A total of £500m of funding has been provided in each of the North West, East Midlands and East of England regions.
