I have over 24 years of extensive international leadership and general management experience at CxO and board levels with significant P&L responsibility. Through the experience of being a CEO, General Manager, COO, CMO and Chief Strategy Officer I have gained operational and strategic knowledge of all major business areas, such as Operations, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Alliances and Consulting. Have successfully managed businesses in both Developed and Emerging Markets (operated in Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, China, Middle East and Africa, LATAM and Asia). I am passionate about three areas – people, transformation of businesses as well as the opportunities emerging through technology, innovation and transformation. Key believe for me is that people are the foundation of any successful business and I am very passionate about enabling people to be successful and coach them into new generations of leaders. Besides my broad strategic and management capabilities, I am very hands-on as well and able to oversee and actively participate in a transformation while leading the organization through it. I have experience in sales, services, marketing and partners in the areas of Cloud Computing and Digital Transformation of businesses. I have a passion for the impact of new technologies on businesses and have solid hands-on experience in areas such as digital transformation, cloud, artificial intelligence, big data and analytics, social media and mobility. I frequently speak at industry events.
