About Henrik Alsøe

I have worked in the financial sector, since 1992 having had exposure to the full value chain within investment banking. I have worked with management reporting, macroeconomic and product analysis, institutional sales and account management, financial software specialist/sales function, business analysis and project management and I am currently heading up global middle and back office functions. I have substantial experience running small expert teams, but in the last many years also heading full global operations on executive management level. I have been business owner for setting up new off shoring and several lean projects. I am used to work on executive and strategic level, but have been focused on retaining detailed knowledge across all of Operations and related areas. I am a very engaged and committed person that likes to work in a dynamic organisation with high values around honesty, trust, ownership and rationality.
