About Faye??‍?|| I have almost 20 years of SME lending experience within Financial Services, specialising in leading B2B customer-facing teams since 2011. I've worked in both large corporates and scaling businesses, preferring an entrepreneurial environment where I can make decisions, help to shape the business and deliver solutions to complex operational problems at speed. I joined BOOST in 2019 to establish the Cambridge office and I moved to our sister company, Growth Lending in July 2021. About Growth Lending ?|| We provide funding to high-growth companies where traditional banks cannot. Backed by institutional capital, Growth Lending works with innovative, fast-growing SMEs, helping to accelerate their growth by providing flexible funding solutions ranging from £100,000 to £20m in Revolving Credit Facilities and Selective/ Flexible Discounting facilities. Things I love ? || I'm super interested in people and passionate about building enduring relationships; I love to develop my team and meet new people. I also enjoy delivering tangible results through my team and for the benefit of my clients, colleagues and wider network; I like to do a job well. My values are clarity, collaboration, connection, growth and integrity. My MBTI preference is ESFJ. I'm a Mancunian living in Cambridge and I spend my weekends cycling around the city with our two boys. I’m also an F45 fan and you can find me in the Cambridge studio most days ??‍♀️.
