I am passionate about change, technology and continuously improving culture and working practices. I understand and balance business and technology trade-offs and can delve into details of projects whilst managing and providing strategic perspectives. I encourage and motivate people to achieve results, have transformed the organisation of talented IT teams and rallied many hundreds of people across business functions towards common strategic goals despite often complex and challenging objectives. In the last few years I have successfully managed several strategic programmes within the context of Digital Banking services and Financial Services Regulation (PSD2) whilst leading the transformation of agile, lean, waterfall and hybrid change frameworks at scale. I have a proven ability to set out and implement a vision, and influence and collaborate with other decision-makers, departments and directors. Combined with my personable and spirited leadership style, this has all contributed towards having a great ability to lead on large, multi-million pound initiatives.
