• Business Planning: Drive the business planning process to support and execute on strategic, operational and financial goals, evaluate risks and determine areas for improvement.

• Mergers or Acquisitions: Manage all due diligence, financial and administrative processes for merger or acquisition.
• Human Resources: Oversee all HR activities.
• Manage Legal Activities and Legal Contracts: Negotiate, review and provide business & financial support on company contracts and agreements. Manage relationship with outside legal counsel, including IP and trademark.
