Appointed CEO and to the board of Senetas Corporation Ltd. in 2012 after serving as CFO and Company Secretary. Appointed to board of Votiro Cybersec Ltd. I've developed strong relationships in the international cybersecurity sector - government security organisations, solutions vendors and service providers, contributing to my strong understanding of the markets and demand drivers for cybersecurity products. Since 2012 I've worked to build a strong product development leadership reputation in the global markets, including secure data networks' essential for the rapidly growing cloud, big data, data centre and communications infrastructure. A primary objective was to establish a resilient long-term global distribution and collaborative relationship with Thales - the world's largest security company. To ensure our long-term competitiveness, I nurture new product R&D based on future global market requirements meeting governments', commercial enterprises' and technology providers' needs. First-to-market products have resulted - e.g. the 100Gbps ultra-high performance encryptor; 'multi-layer' (network type independent) encryption capability; to our Quantum Resistant Encryption (QRE) capability in 2020. QRE provides customers the security essential for customers to ensure today's data is secure in a future post-quantum world. Significantly, I've leveraged our cybersecurity and encryption credentials to develop a best-in-class secure file sharing collaboration application also offering unique 100% data sovereignty control. Most recently, we've invested in advanced, patented CDR based anti-ransomware, anti-malware and zero-day exploit solution - Votiro. Today's greatest cyber-threats are 'undisclosed' (signature-less) attacks - rendering legacy solutions' typical 'detection-based' technologies much less effective because they have been dependent upon published 'known' malicious content. I lead a strong team of experienced finance, operations, marketing and engineering specialists. Importantly, we manage regional business development and pre-sales technical support teams based in our key markets and regions - USA (Americas), UK (EMEA), Singapore (Asia) and locally. They are pivotal to our strong global distribution partnership and capturing market intelligence. Having commenced my career with KPMG, working with the banking and brokering financial sectors - in the UK with Deutsche and NatWest banks. My experience in corporate restructures have added to my financial, strategic planning and management skills.
