At Finovate Europe 2023 in London, the FF News team caught up with Zehra Cataltepe the CEO & Co-Founder of TAZI. TAZI offer SaaS solutions that keep business experts in the driver’s seat while empowering data science teams. TAZI is headquartered in San Francisco and is a Gartner Cool Vendor in core AI technologies.

“I want to put this on a level up. Think of AI like this, people have been thinking of it as a rigid technology and a difficult technology. Think of it as if you were given a helper. Now, what kind of help would you like? AI, if you give it the data and if we give the art, it can learn and can adapt to your needs.”

“There are many use cases. We are especially interested in the customer’s success and customer retention. I found those use cases to be extremely interesting also offering different products and understanding how the products need your customers. AI can help there as well. Before you try things out, you can create models and simulate so that you don’t have to do a huge test or expose your customers to different ideas.”
