Worldline and Auriga partner to deliver an integrated multivendor ATM software solution in Asia
Auriga, the European leader in innovative omnichannel banking solutions, and Worldline, the European leader in the payments and transactional services industry, have announced an agreement for Worldline to distribute to Asian banks Auriga’s WWS ATM multivendor software as an extension to the Worldline Pay Front Office, an open flexible switching and authorization platform, already widely used by banks worldwide.
WWS ATM will allow Worldline customers to implement a broad range of feature-rich banking services at ATMs (cash-out, cash-in, recycling) and at kiosks whilst also delivering significant reductions in operational and technology costs.
Furthermore, the availability of increasingly sophisticated and powerful multivendor software turns these innovative devices into a reasonably cost-effective alternative allowing bank managers to upgrade the efficiency and customer experience of their fleet without replacing their ATMs. Vincenzo Fiore, CEO of Auriga, comments: “We are delighted to establish this partnership with Worldline to extend the market reach of our ATM solution.”
For Worldline, this partnership is an opportunity to consolidate its leadership on the ATM software market. Wolf Kunisch, Managing Director of Worldline Financial Processing and Licensing Global Business Line, explains: “By partnering with Auriga, Worldline continues to provide best-in-class products that our customers demand.”
The countries where Worldline will begin offering the WWS ATM solution are China, Malaysia, Burma, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Indonesia. In other countries, Auriga and Worldline will assess future collaborations or partnerships on a case-by-case basis depending on market opportunities.
