Cavendish Appoints New Head of Equity Strategy

Cavendish, the leading investment bank for ambitious companies, has appointed Roger Lee as its new Head of Equity Strategy.

Lee, who started today, joins from Investec Bank where his previous role was Head of UK Equity Strategy. From 2021 until his departure, he created the firm’s new Equity strategy product, ranked number two in the 2023 SMID Institutional Investor survey.

Prior to this, he built up over two decades of experience in Equity sales, including roles at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and HSBC James Capel. Lee began his career in 1988 at KPMG and is a Chartered Accountant.

In his new role at Cavendish, Lee will report into Michael Johnson, Head of Sales & Corporate Broking, and will be responsible for developing a market leading equity strategy product with a UK focus.
