Serrala Appoints new Chief Customer Success Officer to the Executive Board

Serrala, a global financial automation and B2B payments software company, announced the appointment of Oliver Gallienne as Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO), effective March 1, 2022.

In his role, Oliver is responsible for applying a customer-centric approach and generating growth results along the value chain, from onboarding, delivery/implementation, and customer support to customer engagement and renewal.

Oliver brings substantial, long-standing experience to Serrala in building high-performing teams that optimize efficiency and utilize data to deliver operational excellence to further accelerate growth and customer satisfaction.

He previously served as Member of the Senior Leadership Team for the past 7 years at OpenText, a world leader in Information Management solutions. Prior to his time as SVP, he built local and regional services units, drove acquisition integrations, and lead the restructuring of the services organization to implement new business models driving growth and cloud transformation.
