Saxo Payments Scoops Seventh Award in Less than 12 Months

Banking Circle wins Best Innovation in Payments at 2016 FinTech Finance Awards

Saxo Payments’ ground-breaking cross border payments proposition, Banking Circle, has been named Best Innovation in Payments by FinTech Finance, following online voting.  This is the seventh win in less than 12 months and comes after success at the 2016 Payment Awards and the Emerging Payments Awards, further cementing Saxo Payments’ reputation as a forward-thinking company that is changing the payments landscape.

The Fintech Finance Awards recognise the very best in innovation, awarding the leading figures and products that are taking the industry in exciting new directions. The awards were announced at FinTech Connect Live.

The Banking Circle is already making waves in the global payments industry, with a steady stream of new members signing up to reap the benefits of our web-based payment solution,” explained Anders la Cour, CEO, Saxo Payments. “Designed specifically to support businesses trading on a global scale, Banking Circle allows members to make and receive cross border transfers in seconds, rather than days, without the need to establish multiple banking relationships.

We are incredibly proud to accept this award – our seventh of the year so far – which recognises the breakthrough role the Banking Circle is playing in payments technology.  The Award also shines a spotlight on the talent and dedication of our team and their central role in the ongoing success of Saxo Payments.”
