RGI Announces Appointment of Federico Della Casa as New CEO

RGI Group, the leading independent provider of software solutions for the European insurance industry, announces that Federico Della Casa will succeed Cécile André Leruste as the group’s new CEO effective September 8.

Federico Della Casa is a high-level senior executive with decades of experience in leadership positions in the technology sector. He has held various roles in international and technology companies, overseeing key project development, sales team management and partner relations. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President Public Sector of EMEA South for Salesforce, after serving as Country Leader for Italy. Federico will strive to drive and accelerate the group’s growth in Italy and Europe, building on RGI’s strong foundations and innovation in business models, products and services to help customers operate successfully. Under his leadership, the Group will pursue its strategy and growth plan, which includes investments in the company’s products and further consolidation in the fragmented insurance software sector.

Massimo Paltrinieri will join the company as Customer Director. With his excellent track record and in-depth knowledge of the industry, he will help further orient RGI’s strategy towards long-term customer needs and industry trends. Massimo Paltrinieri has extensive experience in the insurance industry, as a former IT Director of Generali, as well as in Financial Services at McKinsey, Nexi and Dresdner Bank.

The company’s management thanks Cécile for her leadership and advice in transforming the company into a pan-European leader in the insurance software market.
