In this video, Soheyl discusses the ways in which banking for consumers has changed in recent years, and how that has resulted in changes to the customer onboarding process.
“That onboarding journey, it’s kind of expected from us that this has to be digital. 95% of people are digitally savvy at the moment and they want to start banking with you digitally. But how do you make sure that that’s done in a controlled manner and that you are also complying with your internal obligations and also regulations? It’s a challenge.”
