Quint Group Named one of the Best Places to Work in the Country

Quint Group has kicked off the year by being named number 40 in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in 2017.

The data gathering and analysis for the list is extensive, with employees being asked to give scores on different aspects on their workplace – from working conditions to the employer’s values.

Quint is an international, highly innovative financial technology group operating in the consumer finance market. Founded in 2009, the Group now operates in UK, Poland, US and Australian territories employing over 100 staff, of which 87 are based at the company’s Macclesfield headquarters.

Mike Ransom, managing director at Quint Group, said: “The Sunday Times’ best companies ranking is widely acknowledged as the benchmark for employee engagement in this country and to be selected is a great achievement. We’re proud of the culture that we have created here at Quint and we support our staff in any way that we can.

Development of our staff is very important to us and we have a learning and development manager who focuses on this. Quarterly staff updates are held off site where we review the performance of the business but also present awards and have a bit of fun. Balance is important in the workplace – we encourage all staff take regular time away from their desks in our break out area where they can play pool, table tennis and Xbox.

It’s an exciting time here at Quint after the launch of our new comparison site moneyguru.com and we have plans for further expansion both here in the UK and abroad.”
