Qover introduces 24-hour claims payment feature for an exceptional customer experience and peace of mind

Qover, a leading InsurTech specialising in embedded insurance orchestration, today announced the launch of a 24-hour claims payment feature available in 32 countries in Europe via a single API integration. The new feature streamlines the claims process and provides policyholders with payments faster than ever before.

The express claims payment experience ensures that eligible and complete claims, in terms of documents, will be processed and paid out within 24 hours, making the claims process faster and more efficient for customers.

Qover’s orchestration platform offers companies the ability to securely connect to the API, streamlining claims processing for their customers as their business scales. This feature provides peace of mind and reduces the stress that can come with the claims process.

“Consumer behaviours have changed and people expect hyperconnected, seamless experiences. And this is also true for insurance. Our new 24-hour claims payment feature is a great example of how we’re leveraging advanced technology to better serve our partners and their customers,” says Quentin Colmant, CEO and Cofounder of Qover. “We understand that people want to be able to get back to their lives as quickly as possible, and this new feature is a major step forward in making that happen.”
