Pinnacle Bank Partners with CorServ to Implement a Modern Credit Card Program for Commercial, Business and Consumer Customers

CorServ, a company empowering banks and fintechs with payment programs, has partnered with Pinnacle Bank ($2 billion in assets) to launch a comprehensive credit card program for its commercial, business and consumer customers.

Pinnacle Bank, headquartered in Elberton, GA, has been locally owned since 1934. Pinnacle Bank recently transitioned from its previous Agent Bank program to CorServ’s Account Issuer program. Pinnacle Bank’s commercial customers can now take advantage of better choices of credit card products, powerful self-service interfaces for managing their cards, insightful customizable reports including Level 2 and 3 transaction data, virtual cards to pay vendors, spend controls and expense reporting. Their consumer and small business customers can choose from a very low rate card to cards with high rewards options, and benefit from setting their own alerts, spend controls and receiving two-way fraud text alerts.

“This partnership with CorServ embodies our commitment of providing the best banking experience for our customers,” said Shannon Fortson, Exec. VP – Chief Credit Officer of Pinnacle Bank. “We discovered CorServ offers distinct advantages by allowing us to better serve our customers with a variety of card products, participation in credit decisioning and options for local servicing.”

“CorServ has partnered with banks across the US from California to Maine. With our headquarters in Atlanta, we are excited to partner with one of the best community banks in Georgia, Pinnacle Bank. This partnership provides their customers with a credit card program featuring increased capabilities for a convenient and simple experience,” said Anil Goyal, CEO of CorServ. “Our comprehensive credit card products and features empower Pinnacle Bank to meet the banking needs of their customers while enabling them to compete with national credit card issuers.”
