Neema Unveils Global Push-to-Card Payments for Instant, Bank-Less Business Transactions

Neema, a leading global cross-border payments platform catering to financial institutions, unveiled its global Push-to-Card feature offering real-time payments directly to credit and debit cards across nearly every major card scheme worldwide.

Currently, companies have limited options when it comes to returning or transferring funds to recipients across borders. They rely on bank transfers, which can be costly and slow, which can negatively impact user experience.

The Push-to-Card enhancement to Neema’s cross-border payment platform, however, enables businesses to send funds directly to a recipient’s card, without requiring bank account details or traditional bank transfers on the receiving side. Payments are delivered in real time across multiple card rails, including Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and other major card schemes. By doing so, Neema is effectively turning cards into a primary destination for receiving funds across regions and use cases.

This capability is particularly relevant for businesses such as e-commerce platforms, gig-economy and freelance marketplaces, and gaming platforms that require fast refunds or real-time payouts. This is especially relevant for industries where businesses often have credit card details for their customers, but not banking information. Push-to-Card allows funds to be delivered instantly and directly to a recipient’s card, seamlessly, reliably, and at scale.

Moshe Kimhi, CEO and co-founder of Neema, added: “Cards are the world’s most universal financial endpoint. By incorporating features with the world’s leading and trusted card networks, we are able to offer our customers push-to-card for instant reach, fewer failures, and a scalable alternative to fragmented bank payout rails.”
