Justworks Launches Expenses to help SMBs manage with ease

Justworks is launching Expenses, an expense management tool that Justworks PEO customers can use to process expense reimbursement requests alongside payroll.

Expenses consolidates tools and minimizes the risk of error when reimbursing employees for out of pocket expenses. Admins can set up approval workflows and custom rules, providing structure for employees and simplifying the reconciliation process for accountants. Employees can easily create expenses on the go with the Justworks mobile app (iOS or Android), complete with taking pictures of receipts so that nothing gets lost. Business leaders gain accurate financial insights by categorizing and analyzing expenses alongside payroll data. Say goodbye to spreadsheets and managing multiple integrations. With Expenses, documentation and payment are centralized, saving time for everyone at the company.

Any small business using manual solutions like spreadsheets or email will benefit most from using Justworks’ Expenses. Expenses will be available to Justworks PEO customers starting July 24, 2023 (both on the Basic and Plus plans) at no additional cost. Only W-2 employees on the Justworks PEO can use Expenses at launch.
