Form3 Appoints Mark Fieldhouse as its New Chief Revenue Officer
Form3 the cloud-native account-to-account platform, today announces it has strengthened its Executive Management Team by appointing Mark Fieldhouse as its new Chief Revenue Officer. This appointment follows Matt Tuck’s decision to step back from full-time roles after a long and successful executive career in financial services, at the end of the current financial year on 31st March 2025. Mark will work with Matt on a transition over the next 2 months.
Mark Fieldhouse joins Form3 to lead on the company’s ongoing expansion of its customer base across key markets including the UK, Europe and the US. He will work with leading banks and financial institutions to offer solutions available on Form3’s platform that provide best-in-class cloud payment technology.
Mark has over 25 years’ experience as a software and technology executive with business strategy, sales and enterprise expertise. He joins Form3 from Rescale, where he was Vice President and General Manager Americas and EMEA. Previous roles included General Manager and executive appointments at rapidly scaling software companies.
