Finandina Takes a Leap Forward in Innovation and Security by Partnering With BPC to Transform the Digital Payments Experience With 3DS 2.0 Technology
In line with its commitment to providing a safer, more reliable, and modern online payment experience, Banco Finandina has chosen BPC, a global leader in payments solutions, as its strategic partner for the implementation of the next-generation SmartVista platform with 3DS 2.0 security services. This solution, represents a turning point in the way users make digital purchases, combining advanced security with a frictionless experience.
Through this partnership, Finandina now offers cardholders an enhanced authentication system that strengthens protection for online purchases, significantly reduces fraud risk, and builds greater trust in card usage—all while meeting the highest international security standards.

The project leverages BPC’s SmartVista 3DS 2.0 solution, which includes a cloud-based Access Control Server (ACS) and advanced fraud management rules through SmartVista Fraud Management, designed to protect card-not-present transactions without disrupting the user experience.
100% of online purchase transactions made by Finandina’s customers are protected by BPC’s Fraud Management 3DS 2.0, which translates into trust, convenience, and a smooth online payment experience. For the bank, it means fewer fraud cases, higher approval rates, and stronger relationships with merchants and card networks.
