Ecospend, a Trustly company, teams up with ITV Win for £10,000 competition

Ecospend, a Trustly Company, has teamed up with ITV Win to launch an open banking-only competition on itv.com/win. The competition, live today, will give ITV viewers the opportunity to win £10,000 and will be one of the first times people in the United Kingdom can only pay to enter a competition via Pay by Bank. Free postal entry is also available.

This competition is one of the latest initiatives to promote understanding of, and engagement with, open banking in the UK market and reflects Ecospend and Trustly’s ability to lead the way in the UK. The use of the company’s Pay by Bank solution almost doubled between October 2022 and October 2023, with year-on-year growth of 94%. Now, each month, one in eight end users makes payments using Ecospend’s open banking solution.

Trustly has expanded its offering to more customers across a wide range of industries, including wealth management, e-commerce, travel, utilities, and the public sector. Clients in the UK already include Hargreaves Lansdown, NS&I, JJ Foods, Whiskey Investment Partners and Anglian Water.
