Digipost, Norway’s official digital mailbox, has recently launched Neonomics open banking powered Checkout as the sole payment method for its 3 million end users, enabling people across Norway to pay their invoices directly within their Digipost app in a faster and more convenient manner.

Sending millions of invoices, Digipost has identified delivering secure and fast payments experiences as a core user benefit. The two companies have had a long-standing partnership, with Digipost being an early adopter of Neonomics open banking offerings. After extensive trialing, Digipost has now released a payment experience fully powered by open banking. With Neonomics Checkout solution and market leading bank coverage, they are now able to deliver secure payment journeys for end users in every corner of the country.

Speaking on the collaboration, Thomas Mathisen, SVP of Digipost said, “We have worked closely with Neonomics to deliver a solution that is as user friendly as it is cost-efficient, enabling users to pay and manage their payments within our app. Improving user experience is a priority for us, and we’re always looking for ways to add value for our users.
