CIH Bank Introduces Apple Pay in Morocco
CIH BANK has announced the launch of the innovative Apple Pay service in Morocco, a revolutionary payment solution that offers bank customers a secure and convenient way to carry out transactions, without the need to use their bank cards or handle cash.
With Apple Pay, CIH BANK customers can now make their payments securely in Morocco by simply using their iPhone or Apple Watch.
Simple to use, just double click on your iPhone or Apple Watch and bring the device closer to a TPE to make any contactless payment. Any purchase made with Apple Pay in Morocco is secured and authenticated with Face ID, Touch ID, device password or a unique dynamic security code.
This payment solution is accepted in many businesses and brands, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes and retail stores, providing customers with a convenient and secure payment experience.
Whether through apps or on the web using the Safari browser, Apple Pay can be used on Apple devices such as iPhone, iPad and Mac for fast, easy and secure purchases. Customers no longer need to create an account or repeatedly enter shipping and billing information.
The security and confidentiality of customer data are top priorities for CIH BANK. Apple Pay protects payment information by never storing credit card numbers on Apple devices or servers. A unique device account number, encrypted and stored in an industry-standard secure chip, is assigned to secure transactions on each device.
To set up Apple Pay on a device, simply open the Cards app, select “+” and then follow the steps to add any CIH BANK credit or debit card. Once the card is added to the iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad or Mac, customers can immediately enjoy the advantages and benefits offered by CIH BANK cards while using Apple Pay on their device.
