Paragon Bank wins Best Online Cash ISA Provider at the YourMoney.com Awards
Paragon Bank won Best Online Cash ISA Provider at the 22nd annual YourMoney.com Awards.
The specialist bank was chosen based on the competitiveness of price and structure of its range of Online Cash ISA’s.
The YourMoney.com Awards are the longest-standing consumer finance awards in the UK.
Richard Doe, Paragon’s Managing Director Savings, said: “We are honoured to have won this prestigious award. Here at Paragon we go out of our way to ensure that we provide the best online cash ISA’s available on the market. It is a very tough and competitive area and we believe our success is based on our focus always to put new and existing customers’ needs first. Thank you to the YourMoney judging panel for the recognition you have given to our continuing hard work in this area.”
The YourMoney.com awards are split into two categories: Best Direct for those products and services offered by phone and Best Online for those provided electronically.
All entrants are subjected to a rigorous judging process based on competitiveness of price and structure. Shortlisted firms are then judged by a panel of readers who mystery shop each company and benchmark the quality of service provided in each product area.
Joanna Faith, YourMoney.com editor, said: “This year’s YourMoney.com awards were our most competitive yet, with a record number of entries. The Cash ISA category was particularly popular with high street banks and challengers alike battling it out to take home this coveted prize.
“Our rigorous judging process sets the awards apart. Firms are first short-listed based on competitiveness of price and structure. Each category shortlist is then judged by a panel of readers who mystery shop each company and benchmark the quality of service provided in each product area.
“Paragon Bank should, therefore, be extremely proud to have been named 2019’s winner. They have proven that both their product and service are best in class.”
