Omnio Appoints Keith Richbell To Head Its Australian Team
Omnio Group, a banking and payment services provider formed by the merger of Payment Cloud Technologies (PCT) and Tuxedo Money Solutions, has welcomed payment industry leader Keith Richbell as Chairman of the group’s Australian business.
Richbell has more than 35 years’ industry experience, working across retail banking, foreign exchange, real-time and card payments, as well as FinTech. He has worked for major international brands, including Citibank and Santander, Travelex and Vocalink, in addition to eftpos Australia and PCT.
In his new role, Richbell will be responsible for overseeing the teams handling Omnio’s existing Australian customers, including STA, 7-eleven and Qantas. He will also be focusing on developing Omnio’s growth strategy in the region, in order to further build its share of the territory’s payments market.
Speaking about his appointment, Richbell commented: “There has never been a better opportunity to shake things up in Australia and bring fresh thinking to the industry. With its unique banking and payment offering and dedicated long-term customer support, Omnio is ideally placed to do this. I look forward to helping the company continue to deliver superior, innovative services to our customers in Australia.”
