Omega Performance Enables Clients to Maximize Training Investment with NetDimensions Analytics

Omega Performance, a TwentyEighty company, has implemented NetDimensions Analytics as part of an analytics reporting solution to provide its clients with a self-service, online reporting and analytics solution.

By empowering our clients with reliable, on-demand training data, we are able to partner with them to develop high-impact training programs to meet their unique training objectives,” stated Richard Beaumont, Director of Learning Technology at Omega Performance.

Omega Performance needed an analytics solution that could deliver several real-time data points, including who was taking the courses, how they performed on tests, and where they stood in the overall training process.

As a banking industry leader in credit and business conversation training, Omega Performance has been using NetDimensions Learning, our LMS that is well suited to the compliance learning management needs of organizations in highly regulated industries,” explained Jay Shaw, CEO of NetDimensions.

And given that NetDimensions Analytics is an integral part of NetDimensions Talent Suite, providing organizations with actionable insights into their talent management processes by leveraging learning, performance, compliance, and HR data – it was the solution that was ready to meet the needs and requirements of Omega Performance.”

Today, Omega Performance’s clients can measure the success of training modules in real time and compare results for different internal groups. They can also identify areas in which employees are having difficulty.

With analysis and results instantly available after a course, learning executives are able to assign follow-up exercises to cement the knowledge that was gained,” added Beaumont.
