NAPOLEON CAPITAL LAUNCHES ABSOLUTE RETURN QUANTITATIVE FUND

Napoleon Capital, with the support of BNP Paribas Asset Management (‘BNPP AM’), announces the launch of Napoleon World Equities AR Dynamix Fund, providing access to an absolute return quantitative strategy investing in global equities. Available since 3 September, the fund is one of the first resulting from the partnership between BNPP AM and Napoleon Capital, which began a few months ago.

The fund offers exposure to a unique systematic index that is part of the Dynamix family, launched by Napoleon Capital and administered and calculated by Napoleon Index. The index is based on underlying strategies that are combined using statistics and artificial intelligence, with the allocation optimised and updated quarterly. Strategies are selected using research from Napoleon Capital, as well as from a network of researchers and professionals in quantitative finance.

Strategies are combined based on the world’s most liquid equity indices, targeting the largest companies in Japan, the United Kingdom, and the Eurozone, and also including major companies in the US tech market. The objective is to maximise capital appreciation regardless of market conditions, while targeting a maximum volatility of 10%.

Stéphane Ifrah, CEO of Napoleon Capital, comments: “This fund represents the culmination of several years of development by Napoleon Capital, and the successful launch of a new form of product. We remain focused on quantitative management and are very pleased to have the support of a major player such as BNP Paribas Asset Management.”

Denis Panel, Head Multi-Asset, Quantitative & Solutions at BNP Paribas Asset Management, comments: “We are very pleased to have contributed to the development of Napoleon Capital with the launch of this new quantitative absolute return strategy.”

Investments made in the fund are subject to market fluctuations and the risks inherent in investing in securities. The value of investments and the income they generate may rise as well as fall, and investors may not fully recover their investments. The described fund has a risk of loss of capital. For a more complete definition and description of the risks, please refer to the fund’s prospectus and KIID. Before subscribing, investors should read the most recent version of the prospectus and KIID available on our website www.bnpparibas-am.com.
