Mode reaches 300 brands milestone in its Bitcoin Cashback offering

Mode Global Holdings PLC (LSE: MODE), the FCA registered crypto assets platform, has today announced that it is now offering Bitcoin Cashback to users from over 300 leading UK retailers, strengthening its vision of building a popular crypto reward wallet in the UK.

Via an affiliate partnership, which now extends to the likes of The Range, Trip.com and many more, Mode has been offering cashback in Bitcoin to users, who can shop with household names and be rewarded in Bitcoin for it. This enables users to grow their crypto assets without putting their own capital at risk. The offering has been hugely successful since its launch in May, in which time, Mode has seen a 129% growth in customer purchases via the Mode app (based on a 4 week rolling sales rate).

Rita Liu, CEO, Mode Global Holdings commented on the milestone: “We launched this programme in May, working with one hundred retailers through affiliate networks. Since then, we have tripled the number of retailers our users are able to purchase from – providing more choice across shopping categories. We’ve worked hard to improve user experience, and we hope that providing the chance to earn Bitcoin for shopping with quality retailers will help encourage more users to use our platform on a regular basis, so they too can have the chance to buy, sell, earn, and get paid in crypto.”

Working with advertising affiliate networks, Mode Bitcoin Cashback enables users to pay with any payment method at their favourite online brands, and receive cashback in Bitcoin directly into their Mode Wallets.

The retailers include stores in the fashion, travel and sports sectors, and is an extension of Mode’s existing Bitcoin proposition that makes it easy for users to buy, earn, trade and sell Bitcoin. Each retailer will offer a different cashback rate, some of which Mode has been able to negotiate at a higher level due to the attractive nature of the Bitcoin Cashback proposition.
