Maxcode appoints Robbert Ledeboer as new Managing Director

Maxcode, the Netherlands-based information technology and services company, has appointed Robbert Ledeboer as the new Managing Director of the company.

“Robbert has demonstrated a strong ability to apply a growth mindset to both himself and those around him, which is key for our company,” said Douwe Lycklama, Maxcode co-founder. “He embodies the values we believe in, while constantly searching for better ways of doing things. Our values and our mission have been the foundation of our success to date, and with Robbert at the helm, we will only continue to grow.”

With many years of experience in complex organizations, Robbert is aware of what it takes to get all stakeholders enthusiastic in order to make it a success. Robbert’s goal is to inspire the existing teams to achieve higher performance, make them aware of other possibilities, and help them to become successful by constantly critically examining the plans and state of affairs and intervening where necessary, so that the service or product is marketed in an efficient and effective manner.
