Why is it difficult to put a well thought out service (or a well thought out product) on the market? Because a successful go-to-market strategy requires much more than just a working solution. My conviction is that with the right inspiration and analysis, every service (or product) can be successfully marketed. With my many years of experience I know how to make a difference. Over the years, I was responsible for teams between 2 and 200 people, within SMEs and IT corporates. Supporting and inspiring people to improve their own performance, those are my goals. The team result is more important than the individual result. I look critically and carefully at services and / or products and analyze in detail what could be improved or changed. I do not only listen to different internal departments, but also to external parties, namely customers and prospects. And not to forget; the competitor. With my many years of experience in complex organizations, I know what it takes to get all stakeholders enthusiastic in order to make it a success. It is not only about the sales or marketing department, but also about the Management Board, shareholders, Advisory Boards, Operations, the Customer Care Center etc. My teams have always appreciated my open, enthusiastic and transparent communication, which I necessary for the achievement of success. As an interim Business Development Manager I inspire the existing teams to achieve higher performance; I make them aware of other possibilities, whereby I am not averse to out-of-the-box solutions. I help them to become successful by constantly critically examining the plans and state of affairs and intervening where necessary, so that the service (or product) is marketed in an efficient and effective manner.
